Website & IT
IT for a small business: hosting, email, backups, support
Most small firms do not need a data centre. They need a site that stays up, mail that is not on Gmail-for-life, and a person to call when something breaks.

The unglamorous list
Domain renewal, DNS, SSL certificates, hosting, mailbox, spam, backups, and a restore test. That is IT for a small business. It is not ERP. It is not a new brand film. It is the reason the website still works on a Monday after a plugin update.
What we do not pretend
We do not sell a 24/7 global NOC we do not run. We set up a practical baseline, document it, and stay for support. If something needs a specialist (complex networking, statutory IT audit), we say so.
Keep it separate from ERP
Cloud for a marketing site and mail is website & IT. Company, tax, warehouses and user roles inside Zoho, Tally or Odoo is ERP setup. Different people, different checklists, different go-live. Mixing the invoices is how both get blamed.
Need a website or IT help — not ERP?
Tell us the job. We keep website & IT work separate from ERP setup.
