Website & IT
What a small business website actually needs
You do not need fifty pages. You need a clear offer, proof you are real, a way to contact you, and a site that loads on a phone.

Start with the conversation you want
A small business website should answer three questions: what you sell, who it is for, and how to reach you. Service pages, location, hours, and a form or WhatsApp link do more than a slideshow. If a visitor cannot find the next step in ten seconds, the design has failed — however premium it looks.
Pages that earn their keep
Home, about, two or three services, contact. Add a simple gallery or work examples only when they are real. Do not invent case studies. Do not hide the phone number. For local firms, a Google Business Profile that matches the website matters as much as the site itself.
IT is part of the website, not an afterthought
Domain, hosting, SSL, backups and a mailbox on your own domain are website work. A site that lives on an expired trial host is not finished. ERP Saarthi includes that floor in website projects — without turning the project into ERP or accounting software.
